On Aug. 20th, 2016, I had an emergency dental problem with a loose cap on one of my front teeth. This is just a "thank you" to you and your staff for accommodating me in that situation.

My husband and I were vacationing in San Diego and had our two grand children with us. Without your professional help and the kindness of your staff, my holiday would have been disastrous. In particular, you accommodated me (when I walked in, unannounced) at the last hour of your work day and your staff greeted me as if I was one of your long-standing patients. Further, I mistakenly left my Medicare card, along with my driver's license, in the restroom. I discovered these items missing the next morning while driving to Lego Land and called your office immediately to inquire if possibly I had dropped them in your office. After some minutes of searching in the waiting room, area around the dental chair and various other areas, the staff, without any prompting from me, thought they should look in the restroom. Both lost items were discovered in a most unusual place -- on the floor behind the trash can. I had apparently laid them on top of the can and they had slid off behind it.

After Reachelle advised me of their recovery, I told her it would not be possible for me to come to their office that day to pick them up, but I would come back the next day, Friday. Reachelle then explained that the office was closed on Friday, and the issue then became how I could get the items as I was leaving town on Friday afternoon, needing my i.d. for travel. With that, Reachelle said that she would deliver the items to my hotel front desk that afternoon after her work day was over, which she did.

I dare say, in my 70+ years on this earth, this extent of "going the extra mile" attitude wouldn't reach the 1% mark in the many times I've experienced (or observed) employees' attitudes in the various service or retail organizations.

I was blessed to find you and your staff in my moment of need. You are also blessed to have such a great staff. Many, many thanks to you all.
